At CAI Education, we are committed to delivering high-quality academic mentorship and a positive learning experience for every student. The following policies apply to all lessons and tutoring packages:

1. Trial & Initial Lessons

• First Lesson Requirement: A minimum of one (1) scheduled lesson must be completed before any refund request can be initiated. 
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If, after the first lesson, the program is not a suitable fit, a refund request for any unused sessions may be submitted. 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds apply only to unused sessions within a purchased package. 
• Completed sessions are non-refundable. 
• Refund amounts will be calculated on a pro-rated basis for remaining sessions. 

3. Request Timeline & Approval

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe following the initial session. 
• CAI Education reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis. 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. 
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will be treated as completed sessions and are non-refundable. 

5. Non-Transferability

• Tutoring sessions are assigned to the enrolled student only and are non-transferable without prior written approval from CAI Education. 

6. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. 
• Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method. 

7. Policy Updates

• CAI Education reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will be available upon request or on our official platforms.
